摘 要:目的:分析寒湿泻白腻苔与湿热泻黄腻苔的舌苔代谢组学机制。方法:纳入寒湿泻白腻苔患者11例为BN组,湿热泻黄腻苔患者12例为HN组,12例薄白苔健康志愿者为ZC组。采用超高效液相色谱质谱(UPLC-MS)技术检测3组舌苔代谢物,运用主成分分析(PCA)、偏最小二乘法判别分析(PLS-DA)对所得数据进行多元统计分析,筛选代谢标志物,富集分析(KEGG)预测代谢途径。结果:与ZC组比较,BN组有14种显著差异代谢标志物,HN组有27种显著差异代谢标志物,两组共有的显著差异代谢物有12种。经KEGG可知,两组舌苔均表现为糖代谢水平升高、脂质代谢水平降低。两组之间比较不具有显著性差异,经筛查具有统计学意义的差异代谢物有7种,6种是黄酮类物质。结论:寒湿泻白腻苔与湿热泻黄腻苔均存在着能量代谢异常,黄酮类物质代谢表达的差异可能是白腻苔与黄腻苔苔色差异的原因所在。Objective:To analyze the metabolomic mechanism of tongue coating in cold-damp diarrhea white greasy coating and damp-heat diarrhea yellow greasy coating.Methods:Eleven cases of cold-damp diarrhea with white greasy fur as BN group,12 cases of damp-heat diarrhea with yellow greasy fur as HN group,and 12 healthy people with thin white fur as the ZC group.Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS)was used to detect the three groups of tongue fur metabolism groups.Component analysis(PCA)and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were used to perform multivariate statistical analysis on the obtained data to screen metabolic markers,and enrichment analysis to predict metabolic pathways.Results:Compared with the ZC group,the BN group had 14 significant differential metabolic markers,the HN group had 27 significant differential metabolic markers,and there were 12 significant differential metabolites in common between the two groups.The metabolic enrichment showed that the two groups of tongue coating showed increased glucose metabolism and decreased lipid metabolism.There was no significant difference between the two groups,but there were 7 metabolites with statistically significant differences,6 kinds were mainly flavonoids.Conclusion:The tongue coating of the cold-damp purging white greasy moss and the damp-heat purging yellow greasy moss have abnormal energy metabolism,and the difference in the metabolic expression of flavonoids may be the reason for the difference in the color of the white greasy coating and the yellow greasy coating.
