滋阴降火汤联合现代医学疗法治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴降火汤联合现代医学疗法治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的疗效。方法:选取88例RAU患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表达分为对照组及治疗组各44例。对照组予以现代医学疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用滋阴降火汤,2组均连续治疗8周。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后溃疡面积及溃疡数量的变化,比较2组随访半年及1年的复发率情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率为95.45%,对照组为81.82%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组溃疡面积及溃疡数量指标值均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组上述2项指标值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组均随访半年及1年,治疗组复发率分别为9.09%、20.45%,对照组复发率分别为25.00%、40.91%,治疗组随访半年及1年的复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴降火汤联合现代医学疗法治疗RAU的疗效确切,较单一运用现代医学疗法更有优势,能有效缩小溃疡面积,减少溃疡数量,有效预防病情复发,降低复发率。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Ziyin Jianghuo tang combined with modern medical therapy for recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).Methods:A total of 88 cases of RAU patients were selected as research objects,and were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modern medical therapy,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Ziyin Jianghuo tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared;the changes in the total area and number of ulcers before and after treatment in the two groups were compared;the recurrence rates in half a year and one year of follow-up in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical effect was 95.45% in the treatment group and 81.82% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the area and number of ulcers in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups were followed up for half a year and one year;the recurrence rates were 9.09% and 20.45% respectively in the treatment group,and 25.00% and 40.91% respectively in the control group;the recurrence rates in half a year and one year of follow-up in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Ziyin Jianghuo tang combined with modern medical therapy has a definite curative effect on RAU,which has more advantages than the single modern medical therapy.It can not only effectively reduce the area and number of ulcers,but also effectively prevent the recurrence of the disease and reduce the recurrence rate.
