中药序贯疗法治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中药序贯疗法治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:选取200例分泌性中耳炎患儿根据入院编号随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组行常规西药疗法,观察组在对照组疗法基础上采用中药序贯联合辨证疗法治疗。比较2组临床疗效及中耳积液炎性因子水平恢复程度。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率96.00%,显著高于对照组79.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组中耳积液中白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药序贯疗法治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎疗效显著,可有效控制炎症,改善患者中医症状。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine sequential therapy on pediatric secretory otitis media.Methods:A total of 200 children with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to their admission numbers,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group received Chinese medicine sequential therapy based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects and the degree of recovery of inflammatory factors of middle ear effusion were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 79.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10) of middle ear effusion in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese medicine sequential therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on pediatric secretory otitis media,which can effectively control inflammation and improve Chinese medicine symptoms.
