参芪银花扶正解毒汤联合阿昔洛韦片治疗老年带状疱疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪银花扶正解毒汤联合阿昔洛韦片治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:选取86例带状疱疹老年患者(60岁以上),按随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组各43例,对照组采用阿昔洛韦片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合参芪银花扶正解毒汤治疗,2组均连续治疗14 d。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗后症状消退时间、不良反应发生率及后遗神经痛发生率。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.02%,对照组总有效率为79.07%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的止疱时间、结痂时间及止痛时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,对照组不良反应发生率为6.97%,治疗组不良反应发生率为16.27%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访2个月后,治疗组神经痛2例,神经痛发生率为7.14%,对照组神经痛4例,神经痛发生率为22.22%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪银花扶正解毒汤联合阿昔洛韦片治疗老年带状疱疹疗效显著,可加快止疱时间、结痂时间及止痛时间。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Yinhua Fuzheng Jiedu tang combined with acyclovir tablets for senile herpes zoster.Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients(over 60 years old) with herpes zoster were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Shenqi Yinhua Fuzheng Jiedu tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared;the regression time of symptoms,the incidence of adverse reactions and the postherpetic neuralgia in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical effect was 93.02% in the treatment group and 79.07% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The time of controlling herpes,incrustation and analgesia in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.97% in the control group and 16.27% in the treatment group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After two months of follow-up,there were two cases of neuralgia in the treatment group and the incidence of neuralgia was 7.14%;there were four cases of neuralgia in the control group and the incidence was 22.22%;there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shenqi Yinhua Fuzheng Jiedu tang combined with acyclovir tablets for senile herpes zoster has a significant curative effect,which can accelerate the time of controlling herpes,incrustation and analgesia.
