调督熄风针刺法联合镇肝熄风汤治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察调督熄风针刺法联合镇肝熄风汤治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的临床效果。方法:选取120例肝阳上亢型眩晕患者采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例。在常规西药的基础上,对照组联用镇肝熄风汤治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用调督熄风针刺法治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后血压及血管内皮功能水平。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率93.33%,显著高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组内皮素、收缩压以及舒张压降低(P<0.05),一氧化氮(NO)水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,研究组治疗后内皮素、收缩压以及舒张压水平均降低(P<0.05),NO水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,加用调督熄风针刺法联合镇肝熄风汤治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕疗效确切,能够有效调节患者血压和血管内皮功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of patients with vertigo of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang type treated by Tiaodu Xifeng acupuncture method combined with Zhen’gan Xifeng tang.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with vertigo of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang type were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Based on routine western medicine,the control group was additionally treated with Zhen’gan Xifeng tang,and the study group was additionally treated with Tiaodu Xifeng acupuncture method based on the treatment of the control group.The levels of blood pressure and vascular endothelial function before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33% in the study group,significantly higher than that of 80.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,endothelin,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and nitric oxide(NO) levels were increased(P<0.05);the levels of endothelin,systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were decreased when compared with those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of NO was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on routine treatment,the additional therapy of Tiaodu Xifeng acupuncture method combined with Zhen’gan Xifeng tang for vertigo of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang type has a definite curative effect,which can effectively regulate blood pressure and vascular endothelial function.
