摘　　要：叶平教授认为,盆腔炎性疾病后遗症发病以“痰饮”为标,“阳虚”为本,兼夹痰瘀互结,治疗沿张仲景治痰饮病治法,当以“温药和之”,常以肾气丸为基础方加减治疗,并结合中医特色外治疗法如中药超声导入、葫芦灸等,效果显著。Prof.YE Ping believes that the onset of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is characterized by “phlegm rheum” as its branch and “yang deficiency” as its root,accompanied by binding of phlegm and stasis.In terms of treatment,he advocates to “use warm herbs to harmonize it” under the guidance of ZHANG Zhongjing’s methods of treating phlegm-rheum diseases.He usually takes Shenqi pills as the basic prescription and modifies it in treatment,and also integrates Chinese medicine characteristic external applications,such as ultrasonic introduction with Chinese herbs and moxibustion with gourds,which has a significant therapeutic effect.
