澄江学派针法治疗急性创伤性滑膜炎1例

摘　　要：急性创伤性滑膜炎由急性关节创伤引起,导致患者出现膝关节疼痛、肿胀及活动受限等症状,是目前临床上中医针灸治疗的常见疾病。然而现代医学疗法对于该疾病的治疗较为局限,且对于病情较重患者实施的手术疗法恢复时间长、并发症多,不利于疾病的康复。传统针灸治疗对于急性膝关节病疗效确切,具有“简、便、廉、效”的特点。澄江学派针法立足于传统医学理论体系及现代人体解剖结构学,将传统卦象方位学及膝关节肌肉韧带组织结构相结合,在精确定位病变肌肉韧带的基础上,通过传统针刺补泻手法,并配合电针治疗仪、特定电磁波谱治疗仪等治疗手段,可以取得较好的疗效。本文报道澄江针灸学派针法治疗急性创伤性滑膜炎病案1例,其治疗方法可供临床同道借鉴。Acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint is caused by acute joint trauma,which leads to knee pain,swelling and limited activity.It is a common disease in clinical acupuncture treatment.However,modern medical therapy is limited in the treatment of the disease,and surgical therapy for patients with severe illness has long recovery time and many complications,which is not conducive to the rehabilitation of the disease.Traditional acupuncture treatment for acute knee disease curative effect,with"simple,convenient,inexpensive,effective"characteristics.The acupuncture method of Chengjiang School is based on the theoretical system of traditional medicine and modern anatomical structure of human body.It combines the traditional hexagram orientation and structure of muscle ligament of knee joint.On the basis of accurate positioning of diseased muscle ligaments,it can achieve better curative effect by traditional acupuncture reinforcing and reducing manipulation,combined with electro-acupuncture and the specific electromagnetic spectrum.This paper reports one case of acute traumatic synovitis treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in Chengjiang School.The treatment method can be used for reference in clinical practice.
