摘 要:对采用SBS改性沥青的AC-13型沥青混合料的相关性能进行研究,室内试验结果表明:沥青混合料的各项路用性能在采用SBS改性沥青后均得到了较好的提升,其中高温稳定性能提升最为显著,但当SBS掺入量大于4.5%后,沥青混合料高温性能提高幅度减缓,试件破坏应变大幅度降低。综合考虑路用性能与经济效益,在实际应用中建议SBS改性剂的掺入量取4.5%。工程应用实例证明:沥青路面的上面层采用AC-13型SBS改性沥青混合料进行铺筑后,实际应用效果优异。The relevant performance of AC-13 asphalt mixture with SBS modified asphalt is studied.The laboratory test results show that:the road performance of asphalt mixture has been better improved after using SBS modified asphalt,among which the high-temperature stability performance has been improved most significantly.However,when the content of SBS is greater than 4.5%,the improvement of high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture slows down and the failure strain of the specimen decreases greatly.Considering the road performance and economic benefits,it is suggested that the content of SBS modifier should be 4.5%in practical application.The engineering application examples show that:the upper layer of asphalt pavement is paved with AC-13 SBS modified asphalt mixture,and the practical application effect is excellent.
