摘　　要：在新发展时期推进人民币国际化战略的关键在于加快构建双循环新发展格局,而高质量共建“一带一路”作为主要助力,必将加快人民币迈向主流币的步伐。一方面,“五通”建设的巨大成就不仅提供双市场的地域空间,而且孕育双循环的货币需求;另一方面,沿线国家和地区也由于主客观因素存在多方面的潜在问题,严重阻碍更高层次的人民币国际化的发展进程。因此,依托“一带一路”倡议为人民币“走出去”战略提供路径优化方案,应该围绕构建双循环新发展格局,结合“五通”建设发展现状,以政策沟通为龙头,以设施联通为基础,以贸易畅通为纽带,以资金融通为抓手,以民心相通为后盾,巩固人民币的周边化领域,强化人民币的区域化环节,拓展人民币的国际化地位,从而进一步完善人民币国际货币功能,持续推动人民币国际化发展,稳步促进人民币跻身于世界货币体系。The key to promoting the RMB internationalization strategy in the new development period is to accelerate the construction of the new development pattern of “dual-circulation”, and the high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative as the main force will surely accelerate the pace of the RMB’s move towards a mainstream currency. On the one hand, the great achievements in the construction of the “Five Links” not only provide a dual market space, but also breed double-circulating currency demand. On the other hand, countries and regions of the Belt and Road Initiative also have many potential problems due to subjective and objective factors, seriously hindering the development process of higher-level RMB internationalization. Relying on the Belt and Road Initiative to provide a path optimization plan for the RMB “going out” strategy, we should focus on the new development pattern of “dual-circulation”, combine with the current situation of the “Five Links”, take policy coordination as the head, facilities connectivity as the basis, unimpeded trade as the link, finance integration as the hand, and peopleto-people bond as the backing, consolidate the peripherization of RMB, strengthen the regionalization of RMB,and expand the internationalization of RMB, so as to continuously improve its international monetary function, cautiously push its internalization process, and steadily promote its integration into the world monetary system.
