摘 要:文章研究了中高温(42±2℃)条件下沼液回流对牛粪和玉米秸联合厌氧消化性能的影响,并对不同进料浓度条件下反应器内pH、氨氮等系统稳定性指标进行了分析。结果表明:在不同进料浓度和不同沼液回流比条件下,100 g/L进料浓度和100%沼液回流比时系统产气效果最好,比对照组提高了20%;TS和VS去除率比对照组分别提高了10.9个百分点和10.2个百分点。说明沼液回流可以有效提高牛粪和玉米秸的产甲烷率和TS,VS去除率,从而为减少沼液排放和提高牛粪、玉米秸厌氧消化效率提供了新的途径。Effects of digestate liquid recirculation on anaerobic co-digestion performance of cow dung and corn stover at medium high temperature(42 ±2 ℃) was investigated. The stability parameters such as pH and ammonia nitrogen in the reactor were analyzed. The results showed that the system with digestate liquid recirculation ratio of 100% has the highest daily biogas production at feed concentration of 100 g/L, which was 20% higher than that of the control group.And the removal rates of TS and VS are 10.9 and 10.2 percentages points higher than that of the control group. This proved that digestate liquid recirculation could improve the methane production, TS and VS conversion rates, meanwhile, reuse digestate. In addition, the anaerobic system showed good stability. This study could provide one of options for increasing biogas production while decreasing digestate discharge.
