人性化护理在手部烧伤整形患者术后标准化护理中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究人性化护理在手部烧伤整形患者术后标准化护理中的应用效果。方法:在深圳市第二人民医院整形外科2018年1月-2020年11月收诊的手部烧伤整形患者中选出80例为对象,以随机数字表法分组:对照组40例患者给予常规术后标准化护理干预,观察组40例患者在对照组基础上给予人性化护理,对比两组的术后并发症发生率、术后疼痛程度、手部功能评分。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率、术后24 h和术后72 h的VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术后3个月的手部功能评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:人性化护理在手部烧伤整形患者术后标准化护理中实施有助于减轻患者的术后疼痛感,减少并发症,促进手部功能恢复。Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in postoperative standardized nursing of patients with hand burn plastic surgery.Methods:80 patients with hand burn plastic surgery admitted in Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected as subjects and grouped by random number table:40 patients in the control group were given routine postoperative standardized nursing intervention,and 40 patients in the observation group were given humanized nursing based on the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative pain,and hand function scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications and the VAS pain scores at 24 h and 72 h in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;the hand function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3 months after surgery,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of humanized nursing in the postoperative standardized nursing of patients with hand burn plastic surgery is helpful to reduce the postoperative pain of patients,reduce complications and promote the recovery of hand function.
