摘　　要：目的对针灸治疗阿尔茨海默症(AD)的系统评价进行再评价。方法检索知网、维普、万方、CBM、Embase、PubMed和Cochrane Library数据库,收集有关针灸治疗AD的系统评价。采用AMSTAR2量表对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价,运用GRADE系统对证据质量进行分级。结果共纳入10篇系统评价。AMSTAR2评价结果显示:方法学质量均为极低级。GRADE证据结果显示:47个结局指标,1个为中级质量,3个为低级质量,其余均为极低级质量;降级的主要原因是局限性、不精确。当前证据显示:单纯针灸治疗AD的疗效存在差异;针药联合有一定疗效,但需进一步验证。结论针灸治疗AD的系统评价方法学质量和证据质量较低,应提高相关研究的规范性,为临床提供更高质量的证据。Objectives To overview the systematic reviews(SRs) on acupuncture therapy for Alzheimer’s Disease(AD).Methods CNKI, VIP, CBM, WanFang Data, Embase, PubMed and Cochrane Library databases were searched to collect systematic reviews of acupuncture treatment for AD. The methodology of the included literature was evaluated by AMSTAR2 and the quality of evidence was evaluated by GRADE system.Results A total of 10 SRs were included. The results of AMSTAR2 showed that the quality of 10 included literature was extremely low. The GRADE showed that a total of 47 outcome, one was medium, three were low, and the rest were extremely low. The main reason down grading evidence quality were limitations and inaccuracies. Current evidence showed that they had controversies on the efficacy of acupuncture treatment for AD. Acupuncture plus medicine treatment had a certain efficacy, but further verification was required.Conclusion The methodological quality and evidence quality of acupuncture treatment for AD are low.The standardization of related research should be improved to provide higher quality evidence for clinical practice.
