摘　　要：血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VaD)是老年期常见的第二大痴呆类型,随着人口老龄化趋势日益严峻,其发病率逐年升高,但临床有效药物仍十分有限。中药复方是现代中医治疗疾病的主要方式,因其具有多成分、多效应、多靶点的优势,对VaD的治疗发挥着重要作用,但因中药复方存在所含化学成分复杂、药理机制不够明确、药物质量难以控制等不足,至今很难在国际上得到广泛认同。本研究团队根据中医药的特点,对多年临床治疗VaD有效的参麻益智方进行开发研究,形成了工艺稳定、质量可控、成分基本清楚且安全有效的的中药复方药物,本文分别从临床研究、药学研究、安全性评价、药效药理机制研究四个方面进行探讨,为治疗VaD的中药复方现代化研究提供一些思路与方法。Vascular dementia(VaD) is the second most common type of dementia in old age. With the increasingly severe trend of population aging, its incidence increases year by year, but clinical effective drugs are still very limited.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) compound is the main way to treat diseases in modern TCM. Due to its advantages of multi-component, multi-effect and multi-target, it plays an important role in the treatment of VaD. However, due to the complex chemical constituents, unclear pharmacological mechanism, and difficult to accurately control the quality of drugs, TCM compounds have been difficult to be widely recognized in the international community. Based on the characteristics of TCM, our team eventually formed a safe and effective TCM compound with stable process, controllable quality, clear composition, by developing and researching Shenma Yizhi Decoction, an effective prescription in clinical treatment of VaD for many years. In this paper, clinical research, pharmaceutical research, safety evaluation and pharmacodynamic mechanism research were discussed, providing some ideas and methods for the modernization of TCM compound for the treatment of VaD.
