自贸试验区金融开放优化区域产业结构了吗?——来自上海周边城市群的面板数据考察

摘　　要：基于2013—2019年上海周边城市群的面板数据,采用动态空间面板模型和中介效应模型,考察了上海自贸试验区的金融开放对区域产业结构优化的影响效果及作用机制。结果表明:上海自贸试验区的金融开放在地理距离、经济嵌套、自贸试验区三种空间权重矩阵下对产业结构优化产生了显著正向影响和辐射效应。提升金融业发展水平、社会消费水平和科技创新实力是金融开放推动区域产业结构优化的主要途径,研究结论有助于统筹协调中心城市与周边城市在金融领域的开放进程,为促进区域协调发展提供一个新视角。According to the panel data of urban agglomeration around Shanghai from 2013 to 2019, this paper, adopting the dynamic spatial panel model and mediating effect model, investigates the impact effects of financial opening in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone on the optimization of regional industrial structure,along with their mechanism. The results show that the financial opening of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone has a significant positive effect and radiation effects on the optimization of industrial structure under the three spatial weight matrices of geographical distance, economic nesting and pilot free trade zone. Improving the development level of financial industry, the level of social consumption level and the power of scientific and technological innovation is the main approach to promoting the optimization of regional industrial structure by financial opening. The study is helpful to coordinate the opening process of central and surrounding cities in the financial field, providing a new perspective for promoting the regional coordinated development.
