摘  要:采用机械活化协同FeCl_(3)对纤维素进行预处理,通过离子交换法及聚多巴胺(PDA)修饰制备纤维素/海藻酸铁@PDA复合凝胶球并作为催化剂应用于光催化还原Cr^(6+)。通过SEM、比表面积及孔隙度、抗压强度以及UV-Vis-NIR等对凝胶球的稳定性以及可见光吸收性能进行表征,考察溶液初始pH、质量浓度以及催化剂质量浓度对光催化还原Cr^(6+)的影响。结果表明,纤维素/海藻酸铁@PDA凝胶球为多孔网状结构,具有优异的抗压性能以及可见光吸收能力。在pH为3、初始质量浓度为20 mg/L、催化剂质量浓度为1.5 g/L的条件下,凝胶球对Cr^(6+)的催化还原效果最佳,去除率可达94%以上,且主要的活性还原物质是·CO_(2)^(-)。Cellulose is pretreated collaboratively by mechanical activation and FeCl_(3).Ion exchange method and polydopamine(PDA)modification are adopted to prepare cellulose/ferric alginate@PDA composite gel beads,which are used as catalyst for the pthotocatalytic reduction of Cr^(6+).The stability and visible light absorption properties of the gel beads are characterized by SEM,specific surface area,porosity analysis,compressive strength,and UV-vis-NIR.The effects of the initial pH of solution,Cr^(6+)concentration,and catalyst dosage on the photocatalytic reduction of Cr^(6+)are investigated.The results show that cellulose/ferric alginate@PDA exhibits a porous network structure with excellent compressive resistance and visible light absorption ability.The prepared gel beads exhibits the optimal catalytic performance for the reduction of Cr^(6+)under the conditions that pH=3,initial Cr^(6+)concentration is 20 mg·L^(-1),and catalyst dosage is 1.5 g·L^(-1).The removal efficiency of Cr^(6+)can exceed 94%,and the main active reducer is·CO_(2).
