摘  要:利用电化学测试技术测试了纳米晶块体Cu-20Co-20Ni合金材料在H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中的自腐蚀电位、交流阻抗以及极化曲线,并将粉末冶金法(PM)制备的常规尺寸Cu-20Co-20Ni合金与机械合金化法(MA)制备的纳米晶Cu-20Co-20Ni合金进行对比,探究了纳米晶块体Cu-20Co-20Ni合金材料在H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为及晶粒细化对其腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,随着H_(2)SO_(4)溶液浓度增加,常规尺寸和纳米晶Cu-20Co-20Ni合金的腐蚀速度均变快,在相同酸度下,纳米化后的合金腐蚀速度增加。电化学阻抗谱表明,2种合金都是由电化学反应控制着腐蚀过程。H_(2)SO_(4)溶液浓度增加,电荷传递电阻变小,在相同酸度下,纳米晶(MA)Cu-20Co-20Ni合金的传递电阻小于常规尺寸(PM)Cu-20Co-20Ni合金,表明纳米化后Cu-20Co-20Ni合金的耐蚀性能下降。The electrochemical testing technology is utilized to test the self-corrosion potential,AC impedance and polarization curve of nanocrystalline bulk Cu-20 Co-20 Ni alloy material in H_(2)SO_(4) solution.Conventional size of Cu-20 Co-20 Ni alloy that is prepared via the powder metallurgy method(PM)is compared with nanocrystalline Cu-20 Co-20 Ni alloy prepared via the mechanical alloying method(MA).The corrosion electrochemical behavior of nanocrystalline bulk Cu-20 Co-20 Ni alloy material in H_(2)SO_(4) solution is explored,and the impact of grain refinement on the corrosion behavior is investigated.It is shown that with the increasing H_(2)SO_(4) solution concentration,the corrosion rate of both conventional size and nanocrystalline Cu-20 Co-20 Ni alloy becomes faster;under the same acidity,the corrosion rate of nanocrystalline alloys increases.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy shows that the corrosion process of the two alloys is controlled by the electrochemical reaction.As the concentration of H_(2)SO_(4) solution increases,the charge transfer resistance becomes smaller;under the same acidity,the transfer resistance of nanocrystalline Cu-20 Co-20 Ni alloy is lower than that of conventional Cu-20 Co-20 Ni alloy.This also indicates that the corrosion resistance of Cu-20 Co-20 Ni alloy decreases after nano-metering.
