摘  要:工业木质素在温和条件下分别经H_(2)O_(2)、(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)氧化处理,用于制备木质素酚醛树脂胶粘剂。经H_(2)O_(2)处理,木质素分子量降低9.8%,酚羟基含量提高了27.46%,反应活性提高;经(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)处理木质素甲氧基含量降低了9.92%,酚羟基增加12.15%,与甲醛的反应性增加。在相同取代率下,经H_(2)O_(2)、(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)处理木质素制备的胶粘剂,游离苯酚、游离甲醛含量降低,胶合强度提高。其中(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)处理木质素制备胶粘剂胶合强度提高显著,140℃、1.20 MPa热压条件下,L_(3)PF-50%胶合强度达1.80 MPa,提高了35.34%;160℃、1.60 MPa热压条件下,L_(3)PF-50%胶合强度达到1.94 MPa,提高了33.79%,L_(3)PF-80%强度提高了29.63%,达到1.40 MPa。Industrial lignin is oxidized by H_(2)O_(2)and(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)under mild conditions and used in lignin-phenolic resin adhesives.After H_(2)O_(2)treatment,the molecular weight of lignin is reduced by 9.8%,the content of phenolic hydroxyl group is increased by 27.46%,and the reactivity is improved;after treatment with(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8),the content of lignin methoxy group is reduced by 9.92%,and the phenolic hydroxyl group is increased by 12.15%.Reactivity with formaldehyde increase.Under the same substitution rate,the free phenol and free formaldehyde content of the adhesive prepared by H_(2)O_(2),(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)treatment of lignin decreased,and the bonding strength increased.Among them,(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)treatment of lignin to prepare adhesives has a significant increase in bonding strength.Under 140℃and 1.20 MPa hot pressing conditions,the bonding strength of L_(3)PF-50%reached 1.80 MPa,an increase of 35.34%.Under 160℃and 1.60 MPa hot pressing conditions,the bonding strength of L_(3) PF-50%reached 1.94 MPa,an increase of 33.79%,and the strength of L_(3) PF-80%increased by 29.63%to 1.40 MPa.
