摘　　要：以聚酯二元醇(PBA)和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)通过自乳化的制备方法,制备了MDI型水性聚氨酯乳液。并用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对水性聚氨酯乳液的结构和对其原料DMPA含量、主要对其的附着力及其他性能的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,R值是1.2,随着DMPA质量分数的增大,乳液越来越稳定,其粘度逐渐增大。当DMPA质量分数在(7%~10%)范围时,乳液和塑料涂膜的附着力及综合性能较好。MDI Type waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared by self emulsifying preparation of polyester diols(PBA)and two phenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI).Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to investigate the structure of waterborne polyurethane emulsion and the effect of DMPA content on its adhesion and other properties.The results show that the R value is 1.2,with the increase of the mass fraction of DMPA,the emulsion becomes more and more stable,and its viscosity gradually increases.When the mass fraction of DMPA is in the range of(7%~10%),the adhesion and comprehensive properties of the emulsion and coating are better.
