摘 要:采用胶乳法合成碳纳米管强化天然橡胶复合材料,分别考察了球磨和超声两种物理强化分散手段对复合材料加工性能、力学性能、导热系数、体积电阻率和DIN磨耗的影响。结果表明,球磨分散相比超声分散,碳纳米管在复合材料中长度更短,缠绕团聚更少,分散性更好。球磨分散试样的硫化速度小于超声分散试样的硫化速度,球磨分散试样硫化更充分。球磨分散试样和超声分散试样均能够提升材料的拉伸强度,但影响规律不同;在提升导热系数和降低体积电阻率性能方面,球磨分散试样要优于超声分散试样;超声分散试样的DIN磨耗要小于球磨分散试样。Carbon nanotube(CNT)reinforced natural rubbery were prepared by rubber-latex mixing method,in which ball-milling dispersion and ultrasonic dispersion were used for CNT dispersion strengthening,and we have studied these methods on effects of processability and mechanical property and thermal conductivity and volume resistance and DIN abrasion.Results showed that compared to ultrasonic dispersion,CNT in ball-mill samples have shorter length with less twists and well dispersibility;the curing rate of ball-mill sample is faster than of ultrasonic sample,and vulcanization reaction in ball-mill samples are more sufficient;both ball-milling and ultrasonic dispersion are good for increasing tensile strength;ball-mill dispersion is superior to ultrasonic dispersion in terms of increasing thermal conductivity and decreasing volume resistance;DIN abrasion of ultrasonic samples are less than of ball-mill samples.
