摘　　要：目的:观察通淋健肾方联合左氧氟沙星片治疗膀胱湿热型尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的膀胱湿热型尿路感染的患者59例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组28例与对照组31例。治疗组予通淋健肾方联合左氧氟沙星片口服,对照组予左氧氟沙星片口服,两组均治疗1周,观察两组的尿常规化验指标、症状,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.4%,对照组为74.2%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组尿常规各指标水平及临床症状的改善情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:通淋健肾方联合左氧氟沙星片治疗膀胱湿热型尿路感染能显著提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tonglin Jianshen formula and levofloxacin tablets on urinary tract infection with syndrome of bladder damp-heat.Methods:59 cases of selected patients with urinary tract infection with syndrome of bladder damp-heat,who met the inclusion criteria,were divided into treatment groups(n=28)and control group(n=31)by random number table.The treatment group was treated with Tonglin Jianshen formula and levofloxacin tablets orally,while the control group was treated with levofloxacin tablets orally.The urine routine test indexes and the symptoms were observed in two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.4%in treatment group and 74.2%in control group;compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The improvement of each urinary routine index and clinical symptoms of treatment group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Tonglin Jianshen formula and levofloxacin tablets for treating urinary tract infection with syndrome of bladder damp-heat can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
