摘　　要：2012年吴江撤市设区,随着平安城市建设的大力推进以及智慧城市的深入发展,如何把多个行业已建和正在建设的视频监控系统融合在一起,实现视频资源的共联共享,是城市监控规模化、智慧化发展的新趋势。吴江有线依托智慧广电视频监控基础能力平台及覆盖全区的网络资源,成功打造了一个视频共享应用能力支撑平台,实现了全区视频监控资源的共联共享,并对基于该平台开展视频分析、视频应用等进行了展望与探讨。In2012,Wujiang was withdrawn from the city and set as a district.With vigorous promotion of safe city construction and in-depth development of smart city,how to integrate video monitoring systems that have been built and are being built-in multiple industries in order to realize joint sharing of video resources is a new trend of large-scale and intelligent development of urban monitoring.Relying on basic capability platform of smart radio and television video monitoring and network resources covering the whole region,Wujiang Cable has successfully built a video sharing application capability support platform,which realizes joint sharing of video monitoring resources in the whole region.The paper also prospects and discusses video analysis and video application based on the platform.
