摘 要:污泥含水率高会导致其运输和处理成本过高,为了降低其含水率,探究吸附剂调理对市政污泥脱水性能的影响。通过污泥比阻、毛细吸水时间测定实验,分别对选用的5种典型吸附剂进行污泥调理实验。结果显示,硅胶、沸石、中性氧化铝、活性炭的最优投加质量分数分别为0.5%、0.3%、0.4%、0.2%,聚丙烯酰胺最优质量浓度为20 mg/L,其中沸石为最优调理剂。研究表明吸附剂调理对污泥脱水性能能产生正面积极的影响,研究对污泥处理处置技术具有一定的参考价值。High moisture content of sludge will lead to the high cost of transportation and treatment.In order to reduce the moisture content of sludge,the influence of adsorbent on municipal sludge dewatering performance was explored and the mechanism was analyzed.Five typical adsorbents were selected for the sludge conditioning experiment,and two indexes including specific resistance to filtration(SRF)and capillary suction time(CST)were tested.The results showed that the optimal dosage of the silica gel,zeolite,neutral aluminium oxide and activated carbon were 0.5%,0.3%,0.4%and 0.2%respectively,and the polyacrylamide(PAM)was 20 mg/L.Among them,the zeolite were the best adjustment agents.Therefore,it can be seen that adsorbent conditioning can have a positive impact on sludge dewatering performance,and it could provide reference and value for sludge treatment and disposal technology.
