摘 要:为了降低废水处理成本,减轻废水处理压力,贵冶对部分污染物含量低的废水进行分类治理,硫酸生产场面水是其中之一。场面水预处理后达标,可送外排水系统处理或回用为生产用水。本研究采用硫酸铝溶液和DTCR溶液处理场面水,分别考察了反应溶液pH、净化剂添加量对净化效果的影响。确定硫酸铝溶液净化反应的最佳条件为:反应体系的pH为8,硫酸铝添加量为2mL/L;DTCR溶液净化反应的最佳条件为:反应体系pH为9,DTCR添加量2mL/L。在最佳工艺条件下进行的验证实验结果表明:经硫酸铝溶液和DTCR溶液分别处理后的场面水重金属含量达国标GB 25467—2010要求。相比现有废水处理工艺,具有流程短、药剂少、成本低和效果佳等特点。In order to reduce the cost of wastewater treatment and reduce the pressure of wastewater treatment,some wastewater with low pollutant content is classified and treated,and the surface water of sulfuric acid production in Guixi Smelter is part of it.After pretreatment,the surface water reaches the standard and can be sent to the external system or used for production water backwater treatment.In this study,aluminum sulfate solution and DTCR solution are used to treat surface water.The effects of pH of reaction solution and the amount of purifying agent on the purification effect are investigated.The optimum conditions for the purification reaction of aluminum sulfate solution are determined as follows:the pH of the reaction system is 8 and the addition amount of aluminum sulfate is 2ml/L.The optimum conditions for the purification reaction of DTCR solution are as follows:the pH of the reaction system is 9 and the addition amount of DTCR is 2ml/L.The results of validation experiments under the optimum process conditions show that the content of heavy metals in surface water treated with aluminum sulfate solution and DTCR solution respectively meets the requirements of national standard GB 25467—2010.Compared with the existing wastewater treatment process,it has the characteristics of short process,less chemicals,low cost and good effect.
