摘　　要：随着当代中国建筑批评传播图景的流变,建筑文化逐渐走向大众,其社会价值也开始被频繁提及。文章注意到了这一趋势,以当代中国建筑/城市评奖为研究对象,借助文本-话语分析的研究方法,从评奖流程和评选章程两个角度,探索当代中国建筑/城市评奖中大众化参与趋势以及建筑社会价值(文章统称为“社会性”)的具体体现,并对“社会性”建筑评奖的意义与局限作出评论。As the communication landscape of contemporary Chinese architectural criticism changes, architectural culture gradually becomes popular and its social value begins to be mentioned frequently. The paper takes note of this trend and takes contemporary Chinese architectural/urban awards as the object of study. With the help of text-disourse analysis, it explores the trend of lay audience participation in contemporary Chinese architectural/urban awards and the social value of architecture(collectively referred to as "sociality" by the author) from two perspectives: the award process and the selection statutes. The study also comments on the significance and limitations of "social" architecture awards.
