摘　　要：广州市着力优化城市交通无障碍设施的背景下,选取广州市典型地铁站点进行实地调研,以无障碍设施覆盖率和达标率为评价指标,客观分析广州地铁无障碍建设现状和问题。进而提出系统性和通用性、人性化和精细化、智慧化和特色化的地铁无障碍发展原则,并从服务对象、使用需求、地铁车站无障碍整体系统和智慧化服务模式等方面探讨广州地铁无障碍发展趋势,为广州进一步完善地铁无障碍环境、构建地铁无障碍管理体系以及地铁无障碍专项规划提供参考依据。In the context of Guangzhou City’s efforts to optimize the accessibility facilities in urban transportation,the typical metro stations in Guangzhou were selected for field research.To objectively analyze the current situation and problems of barrier-free construction of Guangzhou metro by taking the coverage rate and standardization rate of barrier-free facilities as evaluation indicators.This paper proposed the metro accessibility development principles,namely:systematic and universal,humanized and refined,intelligent and characteristic.And this paper discuss the development trend of Guangzhou metro accessibility from the aspects of service target,usage demand,overall system of metro station accessibility and intelligent service mode,which will provides a reference for Guangzhou to further improve the metro accessibility environment,build a metro accessibility management system and special planning of metro barrier-free.
