绿色交通背景下的西安历史道路交通优化研究——以西安市东大街为例

摘　　要：西安历史城区内众多历史街巷是居民生活的根本,更是历史城区的价值所在。东大街作为西安历史城区内重要的历史道路,近年来面临着街道品质不足、历史文化缺失、商业活力下降等问题。文章通过分析东大街历史沿革、现状特征和发展定位,在历史城区大力发展绿色交通的背景下,通过建立SWOT模型,明确东大街发展战略,提出压缩东大街机动车空间,增加人行空间的交通优化方案,并基于西安市TransCAD交通模型进行方案测试,得出最优方案,提出东大街街道设计指引。Historical streets and alleys in Xi’an historic district are the basis of residents’life and the value of the historic district.As an important historical road in Xi’an historical city,East Street is faced with the problems of insufficient street quality,lack of history and culture,and decline of commercial vitality.Based on the analysis of the historical evolution,current characteristics and development orientation of East Street,the paper proposes the compression of East Street motor vehicle space by establishing a SWOT model to define the development strategy of East Street.The traffic optimization scheme of increasing the pedestrian space is tested based on the Xi’an TransCAD traffic model,and the optimal scheme is obtained.
