摘　　要：道路交通设施是城市道路交通系统的重要组成部分,是城市道路交通安全、有序、畅通运行的重要保障。为全面推进城市道路交通设施规范化、科学化、现代化、精细化建设进程,需要结合城市设计、城市更新和城市体检等工作,更需要总结反省过往工作的经验教训,不断提高未来道路交通设施建设与管理水平,全要素促进提升城市道路交通功能与品质。本文以全面提升城市道路交通管理协同共治水平、持续推动城市交通高质量发展为切入点,针对加强城市道路交通设施规划设计及建设管理工作进行探讨分析,并从“标准规程-改造提升-同步管理-审核验收-运行维护”五个方面提出相关建议,以供各地参考借鉴。Road traffic facility is an essential part of the traffic system and a guarantee for the safe operation of the urban road traffic. Based on the urban design and renewal, it is necessary to summarize and reflect on the experience of past work and continuously improve the future construction and management of road traffic facilities considering the standardized construction process. This paper discusses and analyzes the strengthening of the planning, design and construction management of urban road traffic facilities. Taking collaborative governance level of urban traffic as the starting point, this study puts forward suggestions from the five aspects of standard procedures, transformation and improvement, synchronous management, review and acceptance, and finally, operation and maintenance. The proposed advice can be applied to assist local transportation professionals in urban road traffic facilities management.
