摘　　要：功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)发病率高且难以治愈,其症状长期存在、反复发作,严重降低了患者的生活质量,并耗费大量的医疗资源,已成为困扰人们生活工作的一种重要疾病。龙祖宏教授基于“和法”思想认为,此病病机之根本在于脾胃升降失常,中焦气机不畅;脾胃虚弱,运化失司,以致湿浊内生,湿郁日久化热,阻滞中焦气机而发为此病。龙祖宏教授谨守“中庸”之道,临证辨机准确,寒热虚实相顾,用药平和精炼,充分体现其“和法”思想,创立调胃消痞方治疗本病并取得显著疗效。Functional dyspepsia(FD)has a high incidence and is difficult to cure.Its long-term and recurrent symptoms seriously affect the life quality of the patients and consume a lot of medical resources.It has become an important disease that troubles people’s life and work.Professor LONG Zuhong believes that the root cause of FD is the abnormal function of Spleen and Stomach and poor Qi movement of middle energizer.Deficient Spleen and Stomach failing in the function of transportation and transformation,leads to internal generation of dampness turbidity;long-term stagnant dampness transforming into heat results in blocking Qi movement of middle energizer,thus cause the disease.Professor LONG Zuhong scrupulously abides the doctrine of’moderation’,accurately differentiates the pathogenesis,pays attention to cold and heat,deficiency and excess,uses drug mildly and concisely,which fully embodies the thought of’harmonizing method’.Professor LONG created Tiaowei Xiaopi Formula to treat FD and achieved remarkable curative effects based on the thought of ’harmonizing method’.
