摘  要:为促进南方根结线虫病的生物防治,避免产生环境污染和食品安全问题,本研究从福建省武夷山土壤中分离到菌株D35,通过形态学特征和ITS序列扩增鉴定该菌株为菌核青霉,利用室内离体活性试验和温室盆栽试验研究了该菌株对黄瓜根结线虫的防治效果。结果表明:D35菌株发酵滤液原液对南方根结线虫2龄幼虫的校正死亡率高达100%,对线虫卵孵化的抑制率达99.1%,在盆栽试验中平均防效达77.1%,与10%噻唑膦颗粒剂防治效果接近。综上可知,菌核青霉D35菌株为对根结线虫有效的生防菌株,可作为根结线虫病生物防治的新微生物资源进行开发应用。In order to promote the biological control of root knot nematode disease in South China and avoid environmental pollution and food safety problems,in this study,the strain D35 was isolated from soil of Wuyi Mountain in Fujian Province.It was identified as Penicillium aff.sclerotiorum by morphological and ITS sequence analyses.The biocontrol effect of Penicillium aff.sclerotiorum D35 on cucumber root-knot nematode was evaluated through in vitro activity tests and pot experiment.The results indicated that the corrected mortality rate of Penicillium aff.sclerotiorum D35 fermentation broth to Meloidogyne incognita J2 was as high as 100%,and the inhibition rate against egg hatching was 99.1%.The average biocontrol effect was 77.1%in the pot experiment,which was close to the control effect of 10%thiazolidine granules.In conclusion,Penicillium aff.sclerotiorum D35 strain is an effective biocontrol strain against root knot nematode,and can be developed and applied as a new microbial resource for biocontrol of root knot nematode disease.
