摘  要:针对半球形壳体电镀锌镍合金生产时,中电流密度区镀层发雾的情况,采用赫尔槽实验和小规模挂镀实验的方法,研究了槽液主要成分浓度、锌离子浓度与镍离子浓度的比值以及添加剂加入量对镀层外观的影响。结果表明:在稀释槽液的条件下,降低锌离子浓度并调整锌离子浓度与镍离子浓度的比值,降低氢氧化钠浓度,适量补充光亮剂可以消除故障,获得优质镀层。Aiming at the coating fogging in the middle current density area during the zinc-nickel alloy electroplating on hemispherical shell,the effects of the concentration of main components in bath,the ratio of zinc ion concentration to nickel ion concentration,and the addition amount of additives on the appearance of the coatings were studied by Hull cell test and small-scale hanging plating test.The results showed that under the condition of diluting bath solution,the fault can be eliminated and the high quality coating can be obtained by reducing the concentration of zinc ion,adjusting the ratio of zinc ion concentration to nickel ion concentration,reducing the concentration of sodium hydroxide,and adding appropriate brightener.
