摘  要:中空纤维型纳滤膜具有填充密度高、进水流道开放等结构特点以及高通量、高抗污染等性能优势,是纳滤膜领域的重要发展方向之一。但由于中空纤维基膜表面弧形结构,在纳滤层连续成型时容易发生成膜反应不均、“基膜-纳滤层”之间结合力不强等问题,制约了中空纤维纳滤膜规模化制造与应用。对近年来中空纤维纳滤膜材料的研究现状进行综述,通过分析不同制膜方法及相应核心纳滤膜材料的特性,阐述成膜工艺与膜材料物化性质对膜性能的影响规律,探讨制膜过程的技术难点与相应研究进展,为中空纤维纳滤膜工业化制造提供参考。Hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes are important developing trends of nanofiltration materials due to their performance advantages of high permeability and favorable fouling tolerance, which are resulted from their high packing density and open feed channels. However, problems exist in continuous manufacturing of curved structures, which leads to nonuniformity of membrane layer structure and weak interaction between multilayer structures. Therefore, hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes are instable in long-term operation which restricts application in large scale. This review summarizes domestic and worldwide research on preparation of hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane materials, and characteristics of different preparation methods and core-materials. Moreover, effects of forming mechanism and material physicochemical properties on membrane performance are discussed. This review provides a reference for industrial manufacturing of hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane.
