摘  要:广西某锡矿的100号、105号矿体矿石品位高,开采技术条件复杂,在开采过程中遗留了大量矿柱。尽管矿山设计了回采方案,但仍存在残矿滞留时间长、回采率不高的问题。在分析下沉矿、残矿赋存特征和开采技术条件的基础上,以现场勘察及理论计算为主要手段,确定了残矿回收区采场结构参数,并开展残矿资源回收方案研究。通过方案论证优化,确定“掘进环形脉外巷→完全控制矿体→多头掘进脉内进路后回采矿石→回采上一水平难采矿石”的开采工艺。实践证明,矿山出矿量年均增长11 356 t,3 a创造经济价值2.29亿元,优化后的回收方案安全可靠、经济合理,社会经济效益显著,可为矿山其余区域的资源回收提供科学依据。The ore grade of No. 100 and No. 105 ore bodies in a tin mine in Guangxi is high, the mining technical conditions are complex, and a large number of ore pillars are left in the mining process. Although the mine has designed a mining scheme, there are still problems of long residual ore retention time and low recovery rate. Based on the analysis of the occurrence characteristics and mining technical conditions of sunken ore and residual ore, the stope structural parameters of residual ore recovery area are determined by means of on-site investigation and theoretical calculation, and the residual ore resource recovery scheme is studied. Through the scheme demonstration and optimization, the mining technology of "excavating the outer roadway of annular vein → fully controlling the ore body → excavating the back mining stone after the inner drift of multi head vein → mining the upper level difficult mining stone" is determined. Practice has proved that the average annual growth of mine output is 11 356 t, an economic value of 229 million yuan is created in 3 a. The optimized recovery scheme is safe, reliable, economical and reasonable, and has remarkable social and economic benefits, which can provide a scientific basis for resource recovery in other areas of the mine.
