摘 要:为了合理开发利用福建某闪速炉法冶炼铜尾渣中的铜、铁等有价元素,实现铜渣的综合回收利用,针对渣中铜、铁嵌布微细及难以有效回收的问题,进行了磨矿—浮铜—弱磁选流程和磨矿—浮铜—弱磁选—重选(离心选矿机)流程比选研究。研究结果表明:当磨矿细度为-0.03mm90%时,采用1粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回的闭路浮选流程,可获得铜品位12.34%、铜回收率24.79%的合格铜精矿;浮铜尾矿采用弱磁选工艺,可获得铁品位51.56%、铁回收率20.61%的铁精矿;浮铜尾矿采用弱磁选—重选工艺,可获得铁品位53.47%、铁回收率20.79%的铁精矿,达到了综合利用的目的。In order to rationally develop and utilize the valuable elements such as copper and iron in the copper tailings of a flash furnace smelting in Fujian,and realize the comprehensive recovery and utilization of copper slag,in view of the problems that copper and iron in the slag are finely embedded and difficult to effectively recover,research on comparation of grinding-floating copper-low intensity magnetic separation process and grinding-floating copper-low intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation(centrifugal concentrator) process were conducted.The research results show that when the grinding fineness is-0.03mm90%,the closed-circuit flotation process of one roughing,three cleaning,two scavenging,and medium ore return in sequence,qualified copper concentrate with copper grade of 12.34% and copper recovery rate of 24.79% can be obtained. Floating copper tailings adopt low intensity magnetic separation process to obtain iron concentrate with iron grade of 51.56% and iron recovery rate of 20.61%;iron concentrate with iron grade of 53.47 % and iron recovery of 20.79 % can be obtained by using low-intensity magnetic separationgravity separation process for floating copper tailings,which achieves the purpose of comprehensive utilization.
