摘　　要：为了提高选矿厂磨矿效率,降低球磨机吐出顽石量,中关铁矿针对一段自磨机磨矿、二段球磨磨矿工艺中矿石较硬、磨矿效率低、球磨机易吐顽石等问题,进行了物料进球磨机前预选和进球磨前破碎等工艺优化研究。通过在球磨前增加预选装置,将筛上物中的非磁性物料提前抛出,减少了进入球磨机的给矿量;在进入球磨机前的大倾角皮带下方增加对辊破碎机把-25 mm物料破碎成-6 mm物料,将硬度高的矿石进行了破碎。磨矿工艺优化后,提高了磨矿处理量,降低了球磨机吐顽石量,优化了磨矿效果,且经济效益显著。In order to improve the grinding efficiency of the concentrator and reduce the amount of refractory rocks emitted by the ball mill, Zhongguan Iron Mine carried out process optimization studies on pre-concentration of materials before entering the ball mill and crushing before entering the ball mill, aiming at the problems of hard ore, low grinding efficiency and refractory rocks emitted by the ball mill in the first stage of autogenous mill grinding and the second stage of grinding. By adding a pre-concentration device before the ball mill, the non-magnetic material in the sieve is thrown out in advance, reducing the amount of ore into the ball mill;a counter-roll crusher is added below the large inclination belt before entering the ball mill to break-25 mm material into-6 mm material, and the ore with high hardness is broken.After the optimization of grinding process, the grinding capacity is improved, the amount of refractory stone in ball mill is reduced, the grinding effect is optimized, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
