摘 要:凡口铅锌矿为了解决陶瓷过滤机长时间高负荷运转易堵塞过滤板微孔,降低过滤机使用效率,且使用硝酸清洗的过程中挥发和分解的气体对人体危害大及硝酸桶难处理等问题,进行了新型清洗剂YHGR859替代硝酸清洗陶瓷板研究。研究结果表明:陶瓷板经YHGR859清洗剂处理后,试验各项经济技术指标均达到试验目标要求,处理效果与硝酸接近,且陶瓷板板面比硝酸清洗效果更好,能够达到替代硝酸清洗陶瓷板的效果。In order to solve the problem that the ceramic filter is easy to block the micropores of the filter plate during high-load operation for a long time, the use efficiency of the filter is reduced, and the volatilized and decomposed gas in the process of cleaning with nitric acid is harmful to the human body and the nitric acid barrel is difficult to handle, etc. Therefore, a new cleaning agent YHGR859 was used to replace the nitric acid to clean the ceramic plate. The research results show that after the ceramic plate is treated with YHGR859 cleaning agent, various economic and technical indicators of the test meet the requirements of the test target, the treatment effect is close to that of nitric acid, and the cleaning effect of the ceramic plate surface is better than that of nitric acid, which can meet the same effect of replacing nitric acid to clean ceramic plate.
