综放采空区瓦斯与煤自燃耦合灾害危险区域识别研究

摘  要:为了定性定量研究综放采空区瓦斯与煤自燃耦合灾害危险区域,探究了综放采空区瓦斯与煤自燃耦合灾害特性,提出了采空区安全度与危险区域系数双重指标,建立了采空区瓦斯混合气体流动、气体组分对流扩散等多场耦合数学模型,采用COMSOL软件模拟保德煤矿81505工作面不同供风量条件下采场O_(2)与瓦斯气体浓度分布特征。研究结果表明:采空区氧化带呈非对称性,进风侧宽度较大。采空区瓦斯积聚在采空区深部靠近回风侧的范围内。在模拟供风量里,氧化带宽度随供风量的增加而增加,而采空区最高瓦斯浓度与上隅角瓦斯浓度随供风量的增加逐渐减小。随着供风量的增加,危险区域往采空区深部逐渐拓宽,危险区域系数与供风量呈线性关系。在同等供风量条件下,采空区不同平面的危险区域系数随距离底板高度的增加而降低。In order to quantitatively and quantitatively study the coupling disaster risk area of gas and coal spontaneous combustion in fully mechanized top coal caving goaf,the coupling disaster characteristics of gas and coal spontaneous combustion in fully mechanized top coal caving goaf are explored,the double indexes of goaf safety and risk area coefficient are proposed,and the multi field coupling mathematical models of gas mixed gas flow and gas component convection and diffusion in goaf are established,COMSOL software is used to simulate the distribution characteristics of stope O_(2) and gas concentration under different air supply conditions in 81505 working face of Baode coal mine. The results show that the oxidation zone in goaf is asymmetric and the width of air inlet side is large. The gas in the goaf accumulates in the deep part of the goaf close to the return air side. In the simulated air supply,the width of oxidation zone increases with the increase of air supply,while the maximum gas concentration in goaf and the gas concentration in upper corner gradually decrease with the increase of air supply. With the increase of air supply,the dangerous area gradually widens to the depth of goaf,and the coefficient of dangerous area has a linear relationship with air supply. Under the same air supply condition,the dangerous area coefficient of different planes of goaf decreases with the increase of the height from the floor.
