摘　　要：为了加强矿业权人勘查开采信息公示的信用约束,扩大社会监督,针对当前信息公示工作中存在的矿业权人认识不到位、现场核查抽查率小等问题,对信息公示的由来、工作方法和近几年的运行情况进行了分析研究。研究总结了淄博市近4年来信息公示工作的主要做法,分析了信息公示工作的现状及存在的不足,并提出了完善工作的建议,为下步各地市、县进一步完善信息公示工作方法,提高矿业权人诚信自律、依法办矿的意识,加强矿政管理提供经验借鉴。In order to strengthen the credit constraints of information publicity of exploration and mining of mining rights holders and expand social supervision, the origin, working methods and operation in recent years of information publicity are analyzed and studied in view of the problems existing in the current information publicity work such as insufficient understanding of mining rights holders and small spot verification rate. Summarizes the main practices of information publicity work in Zibo City in the past four years,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of information publicity work, and puts forward suggestions for improving the work, providing experience and reference for further improving the information publicity work methods of cities and counties in the next step, improving the awareness of integrity and self-discipline of mining owners, and running mines according to law, and strengthening the management of mining affairs.
