国医大师刘志明通阳活血法治疗病态窦房结综合征经验解析

摘　　要：目前现代医学治疗病态窦房结综合征以植入起搏器为主,但术后不良反应尚无有效对策。中医辨证论治疗效好,且不良反应小。国医大师刘志明认为,本病源起心肾,阳虚血瘀为其病机,故以通阳活血为基本治法,并独创通阳活血方,屡获奇效。本文总结刘老治疗病态窦房结综合征经验,并结合案例加以说明,可为临床相关治疗提供借鉴。At present,pacemaker implantation is the main treatment for sick sinus syndrome in modern medicine,but there is no effective countermeasure for postoperative adverse reactions.TCM syndrome differentiation has good efficacy and fewer side effects.The national TCM master Liu Zhiming believes that the disease originates from the heart and kidney,and yang deficiency and blood stasis are its pathogenesis.Therefore,Tongyang Huoxue(activating yang and blood circulation)is the basic treatment method,and the original Tongyang Huoxue Prescription has repeatedly achieved miraculous effects.This article summarized master Liu’s experience in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome and explained it with medical cases,which would provide references for clinical treatment.
