摘　　要：临床上,罹患脊柱相关疾病如腰、颈椎增生或椎间盘突出及强直性脊柱炎等,会逐步出现不同程度的脊柱疼痛,迄今尚无特效疗法。鲍远程教授认为,脊柱疼痛应分清病因病机,从督脉辨治,分型遣方用药。本文归纳总结鲍教授论治脊柱疼痛经验,并附临证医案,以彰其效。Clinically,spine-related diseases such as lumbar and cervical hyperplasia or intervertebral disc herniation and ankylosing spondylitis may gradually lead to varying degrees of spinal pain,for which there is no effective treatment.Professor Bao Yuancheng believes that,spinal pain should distinguish pathogeny and pathogenesis,conduct syndrome differentiation treatment from Du Meridian,and meditate and prescribe according to different types.This article summarized Professor Bao’s experience in treating spinal pain,and used a clinical case to illustrate its effectiveness.
