补肾温阳法对激素抵抗型肾病综合征增敏效应研究进展

摘　　要：激素抵抗型肾病综合征发病机制复杂,病程迁延难复,复发率高,为难治性肾病综合征。糖皮质激素是肾病综合征治疗的一线药物,但不良反应较大且易产生激素抵抗和激素依赖。补肾温阳法不仅能因势利导,改善患者临床症状,且能增加激素敏感效应。本文结合相关研究成果,从激素抵抗型肾病综合征的发病机制、补肾温阳法的应用及中药靶向分子的临床增敏效应等方面进行梳理,为临床治疗激素抵抗型肾病综合征提供新思路。Steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome is a refractory nephrotic syndrome with complex pathogenesis,refractory course and high recurrence rate.Glucocorticoid is the first-line drug in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,but it is prone to produce hormone resistance and hormone dependence with large side effects.Bushen Wenyang(tonifying kidney and warming yang)method of TCM can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also increase the hormone sensitivity effect.Based on relevant research results so far,this article reviewed from the aspects of pathogenesis of steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome,the application of Bushen Wenyang(tonifying kidney and warming yang)method,and the clinical sensitization effect of targeted molecules of TCM,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome.
