摘  要:研究了HDPE/HDPE-g-MAH/PA6共混物的形貌和动态流变特性。扫描电镜显示,HDPE-g-MAH相容剂的添加使得HDPE/PA6共混物的分散相尺寸细化。当共混物中尼龙6(PA6)质量分数分别为14%,34%,56%和78%时,共混物分别显示出海岛结构(PA6分散相,HDPE基体)、乳液包乳液结构(HDPE基体中PA6熔滴被HDPE-g-MAH包裹)、双连续相结构和海岛结构(HDPE分散相,PA6基体)。由于这种乳液包乳液结构,DPE/HDPE-g-MAH/PA6共混物黏度超出纯PA6和纯HDPE黏度,其黏度主要由乳液外层HDPE-g-MAH接枝物的黏度决定。共混材料的松弛时间谱大多显示出HDPE和PA6的松弛时间峰,但PA6质量分数为34%时,由于乳液包乳液结构影响,共混材料显示特殊的松弛时间谱。Morphology and dynamic rheological behavior of HDPE/PA6 blends compatibilized by a high density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride(HDPE-g-MAH)have been investigated.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)images exhibit the dispersed droplets of HDPE/PA6 blends become small by addition of the compatibilizer HDPE-g-MAH.When the weight content of PA6 is 14%,34%,56% and 78%,the HDPE/HDPE-g-MAH/PA6 blends show sea-island morphology(PA6 is dispersed phase and HDPE matrix),emulsion-in-emulsion(PA6 droplets are encapsulated by HDPE-g-MAH in HDPE matrix)morphology,co-continuous and sea-island morphology(HDPE-g-PA6 is dispersed phase and PA6 matrix),respectively.Due to the special emulsion-in-emulsion morphology,HDPE/HDPE-g-MAH/PA6 blends have higher viscosity beyond the range between pure HDPE and PA6.The relaxation time spectrum of most of the blends show peaks of HDPE phase and PA6 phase,respectively,but the blend with 34%PA6 show different relaxation spectrum due to the emulsion-in-emulsion structure.
