摘  要:卷烟厂在生产过程中的洗梗、烘丝等环节会产生高色度、富含细小烟草纤维颗粒的废水,在加香精香料环节会产生高浓度难降解有机物,采用普通污水处理工艺很难有效去除。N卷烟厂设计了一种烟草废水深度处理工艺,是将原本经过初步处理已经达到国家一级排放标准的污水,再进行末端改造,加装一套生物活性炭+石英砂过滤的组合处理技术,去除污水中的色度、难降解有机物等污染物,达到中水回用的标准后用于厂内绿化灌溉、道路冲洗等方面。该工程改造难度低,投资费用小,烟草废水色度的处理效率达到85.2%,BOD5和NH3-N处理效率也达到了48.5%和48.3%,为国内有中水回用需求的卷烟厂提供工程实例参考。In the production process of cigarette factory, stem washing, silk drying and other links will produce wastewater with high color and rich in fine tobacco fiber particles. In the process of adding flavor and fragrance, it will produce high concentration of refractory organic matter, which is difficult to be effectively removed by ordinary sewage treatment process. N cigarette factory has designed an advanced treatment process for tobacco wastewater,which is to transform the original sewage that has reached the national first-class discharge standard after preliminary treatment, and then install a set of combined treatment technology of biological activated carbon+ quartz sand filtration to remove pollutants such as chromaticity and refractory organic matter in the sewage. After reaching the standard of reclaimed water reuse, it can be used for greening irrigation and road flushing in the factory. The project has low transformation difficulty and low investment cost. The treatment efficiency of tobacco wastewater chroma reaches 85.2%, and the treatment efficiency of BOD5 and NH3-N also reaches 48.5% and 48.3%. It provides an engineering example reference for domestic cigarette factories with reclaimed water reuse demand.
