摘  要:通过对2020年7月31日天津机场暴雨天气过程进行分析,指出副高外围584线的南撤是该次暴雨的天气尺度和大尺度环流背景,副高外围持续的偏南气流对该次暴雨的水汽和不稳定能量的输送起到了决定性作用,为中小尺度形成创造了有利条件。该文利用ncep资料、探空资料等对该次过程的环流形势、水汽条件、动力条件、能量条件等方面进行了分析,旨在总结此类降水的天气预报规律,积累经验,为今后此类暴雨的预报准确性提升提供借鉴和参考。By analyzing the rainstorm weather process of Tianjin airport on July 31, 2020, it is pointed out that the southward withdrawal of line 584 outside the subtropical high is the weather scale and large-scale circulation background of the rainstorm. The continuous southerly air flow outside the subtropical high plays a decisive role in the transportation of water vapor and unstable energy, creating favorable conditions for the formation of small and medium-sized scale. In this paper, NCEP data and radiosonde data are used to analyze the circulation situation,water vapor conditions, dynamic conditions and energy conditions of this process, in order to summarize the weather forecast law of this type of precipitation, accumulate experience, and provide reference for the improvement of forecast accuracy of this type of rainstorm in the future.
