摘　　要：“科技强国”是我国很长一段时间以来的发展思路,事实上,早在21世纪初,这一发展思路就已经得到实施。从现阶段发展情况看,建设科技基础条件平台的目的在于充分实现对现代化科技资源的共享,改善资源过于分散及过分垄断现状,对已有的自然、科技文献资源、大型科技设备、统计数据等科技基础条件资源进行全面整合和系统优化,形成布局合理、开放高效、功能齐全、体系完备的网络化、智能化的基础性公共科技支持平台,只有不断强化科技创新服务平台功能与科学性,我国科技成果才能得到全面转化。"Strengthening China through science and technology" has been the development idea of our country for a long time. In fact, this development idea has been implemented as early as the beginning of the 21st century. In view of the current development situation, the purpose of building the science and technology basic conditions platform is to fully realize the sharing of modern science and technology resources, improve the current situation of excessive dispersion and monopoly of resources, comprehensively integrate and systematically optimize the existing science and technology basic conditions resources such as natural, science and technology literature Resources,large-scale science and technology equipment and statistical data, and form a network with reasonable layout, open and efficient, complete functions and complete system. Only by continuously strengthening the function and scientificity of the scientific and technological innovation service platform can China’s scientific and technological achievements be fully transformed.
