施用富硒肥对菠萝果实产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：为了推广高产优质富硒菠萝的施肥技术,于2020—2021年在广东省徐闻县进行田间试验,以菠萝品种巴厘和2种富硒肥料(有机硒叶面肥、富硒壮果肥)为试验材料,研究了不同硒肥的施用期和施用量对菠萝果实硒含量、产量、品质和经济效益的影响。结果表明:在菠萝挂果2个月后喷施一定浓度的富硒肥料对菠萝富硒的效果最好;在菠萝挂果2个月后,喷施富硒壮果肥200 mL/667m^(2)或有机硒叶面肥1 200 mL/667m^(2)均能使菠萝达到富硒标准;在菠萝挂果2个月后,喷施富硒壮果肥200~400 mL/667m^(2)或有机硒叶面肥1 200 mL/667m^(2),均能显著地提高菠萝的单位面积产量和经济收益,还能显著地增加菠萝的VC、可溶性固形物和可溶性总糖含量,从而改善菠萝的综合品质;综合来看,相比于喷施有机硒叶面肥,喷施富硒壮果肥能更好地提高菠萝的综合品质。In order to popularize the fertilization technology of high-yield,high-quality and selenium-rich pineapple,a field experiment was conducted in Xuwen County,Guangdong Province from 2020 to 2021.The pineapple variety Comtede Paris and two selenium-rich fertilizers (organic selenium leaf fertilizer and selenium-rich fruit fertilizer) were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different application periods and amounts of selenium fertilizers on the selenium content,yield,quality and economic benefits of pineapple fruit.The results showed that spraying certain concentration of selenium-rich fertilizer 2 months after fruit bearing was the most beneficial to pineapple selenium enrichment;in detail,spraying 3 000 mL/hm^(2) selenium-rich fruit fertilizer or 18 000 mL/hm^(2) organic selenium leaf fertilizer can make pineapple reach the selenium-rich standard;two months after fruit bearing,spraying 3 000-6 000 mL/hm^(2) selenium-rich fruit fertilizer or 18 000 mL/hm^(2) organic selenium leaf fertilizer can significantly increase the yield per unit area and economic income,and also significantly increase the contents of VC,soluble solids and total soluble sugars of pineapple,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of pineapple.In general,compared with spraying organic selenium leaf fertilizer,spraying selenium-rich fruit fertilizer can better improve the comprehensive quality of pineapple.
