摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化背景下,普通病房管理也逐步从短期被动采取应急举措转变为常态化疫情防控。鉴于国内一些地区疫情偶尔仍有局部小范围反弹的情况,加强普通病房疫情防控管理仍然是病房管理工作的重点内容之一。本文从新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化背景下普通病房的护理管理、应急隔离病室的设置管理、疫情防控闭环管理等方面总结了新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化背景下普通病房的护理管理策略,旨在为临床护理管理者提供参考。Under the background of regular prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic,the management of general wards has gradually changed from short-term passive emergency measures to regular prevention and control.In view of occasional small-scale rebound of the epidemic in some areas of China,strengthening epidemic prevention and control management in general wards is still one of the key tasks of ward management.This paper summarized the nursing management strategies in general wards under the background of regular prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic from aspects of nursing management in general wards,the setting and management of emergency isolation wards,and the closed-loop management for epidemic prevention and control,aiming to provide reference for clinical nursing managers.
