督灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效观察及IL-1β、TNF-α水平变化研究

摘　　要：为了解督灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效及对白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化的影响,选取2021年2月—2022年2月阜阳市人民医院康复医学科膝骨性关节炎患者60例,随机分为两组(对照组和试验组各30例)。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用中医督灸治疗。治疗1个疗程后,试验组VAS、WOMAC评分及IL-1β、TNF-α水平与对照组均具有显著性差异。提示督灸疗法能更好地改善患者膝关节功能及疼痛症状,防止疾病进一步发展,提高患者生活质量。In order to understand the clinical effect of Du moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis and its effect on interleukin-1 β(IL-1 β) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis in the Department of rehabilitation medicine of Fuyang People’s Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into two groups(30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the experimental group).The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Du moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment.After one course of treatment,VAS,WOMAC score and IL-1 in the experimental group β、 TNF-α There was significant difference between the level and the control group.It is suggested that Du moxibustion therapy can better improve the knee function and pain symptoms,prevent the further development of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
