摘　　要：目的:优选益肾泄浊合剂的制备工艺。方法:以煎煮时间、煎煮次数和加水量为考察因素,以马钱苷、莫诺苷转移率和浸膏得率为综合评价指标,采用多指标权重正交试验法优选制备工艺;考察常压浓缩和减压浓缩对莫诺苷和马钱苷含量的影响。结果:最佳制备工艺为加12倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1.5 h;常压和减压浓缩对合剂中马钱苷和莫诺苷含量无显著性影响。结论:该工艺稳定可行,可用于益肾泄浊合剂的生产。Objective:To optimize the preparation process of Yishen Xiezhuo mixture.Methods:The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test with the contents of morroniside,loganin and the yield of extract as the comprehensive evaluation indexes,and the decoction duration,decoction times and water addition amount as the influencing factors.The effects of atmospheric concentration and vacuum concentration on the contents of morroniside and loganin were investigated.Results:The optimum extraction process was as follows:the herbs were with twice decoction with one and a half hour for each time,and the added water amount was 12-fold amount of the herbs.Concentration at atmospheric or vacuum pressure had no significant effect on the contents of morroniside and loganin in the mixture.Conclusion:The process is stable and feasible,and can be used for the production of Yishen Xiezhuo mixture.
