摘  要:目的:研究并提高维吾尔药材香桃木果的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱对药材中的有效成分进行定性鉴别;采用水溶性热浸法作为药材浸出物的测定方法;采用高效液相色谱法对药材的有效成分进行含量测定。结果:两个薄层鉴别方法均斑点清晰、分离效果好;浸出物方法平均浸出率为48.3%;用HPLC法测定药材中槲皮苷的含量,平均回收率为99.86%,RSD为1.48%(n=9)。结论:该质量标准能用于香桃木果药材的质量控制。Objective:To study and improve the quality standard for Mahogany fruit.Methods:Thin layer chromatography was used to identify the active components in the medicinal material;water-soluble hot-dip method was applied to the extract determination of the medicinal material;the active ingredient in the herb was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.Results:The two TLC identification methods had clear spots and good separation effect;the average leaching rate was 48.3%;the content of quercitrin in the medicinal material was detected by HPLC,and the average recovery was 99.86%(RSD=1.48%,n=9).Conclusion:The quality standard can be used for the quality control of Mahogany fruit.
