摘 要:目的研究霸王花提取物止咳祛痰抗炎镇痛作用及初步机制。方法采用氨水引咳法评价霸王花止咳活性;酚红排泄法评价其祛痰活性;二甲苯致耳肿胀法及卡拉胶致足肿胀法评价其抗炎活性;热板法及醋酸扭体法评价其镇痛活性及初步机制。结果霸王花提取物能显著延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.05),减少小鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.01),增加小鼠气管酚红排泄量(P<0.05),提高小鼠热痛阈值(P<0.05),减少疼痛小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05)及其血清IL-6、TNF-α、PGE2含量。结论霸王花具有优良的止咳祛痰抗炎镇痛作用,其作用机制可能与减轻炎症反应相关。Objective To study the anticough,expectorant,anti-inflammatory,analgesic effects and preliminary mechanism of the extract from Hylocereus undatus flowers.Methods Ammonia water was used to introduce cough to assess Hylocereus undatus flowers’antitussive activity.Excretion of phenol red was used to evaluate its expectorant activity.The anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated by ear swelling induced by xylene and foot swelling induced by carrageenan.The hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method were used to evaluate its analgesic activity and its mechanism of action.Results Extract of Hylocereus undatus flowers could prolong the cough latency of mice(P<0.05),decreased the frequency of cough in mice(P<0.05),increased the phenolic red excretion of mice(P<0.05),increased the heat pain threshold of mice(P<0.05),reduced the number of writhing in pain mice(P<0.05)and serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand PGE2.Conclusion Hylocereus undatus flowers has excellent anticough,expectorant,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,and its mechanism may be related to reducing inflammatory response.
